Research seminars

The network organises seminars and conferences to improve our understanding of effective CPD.

CPD works best when it takes place over time, punctuated with opportunities to reflect on, and apply, the ideas under consideration in a school setting.

In February 2010 and again in October 2012, the National Science Learning Centre hosted an international seminar. The purpose of the seminars was to bring together experts in science education to share experiences of good practice in continuing professional development (CPD).
