Welcome to the Science Learning Centre East of England
Innovative and inspiring Professional Development
for science educators in the region
Courses & Events Awards & Bursaries Resources & Kit Club Bespoke Courses
The Science Learning Centre East of England provides relevant, innovative CPD for all those involved in science education across the Eastern region. Courses that address science learning for early years, primary and secondary have been designed to innovate and inspire, to enable teachers to give pupils the knowledge and understanding that they need – both as scientists and citizens of the future.
Our main focus is to develop and encourage science education in the region and to promote more effective teaching of science. We have worked with leading educationalists and scientists to develop courses that link directly with the science curriculum. Our courses will widen the skills of teachers and technicians and give them relevant and stimulating resources to take back to the classroom.
